We are pleased to announce our new MSA Training series (free of charge to all Marcone customers): MSA Training Webinars hosted by our Director of Training, Rick Kuemin.

These additional MSA Training resources will be hosted live with a Q&A at the end of each section. These will also be recorded and made available to all Marcone customers free of charge

This 8-part training program is focused on 3 topics. 

Simply follow the links below, pick the time and date that work best for you and your team, and get your spot. Look for a confirmation email after you’ve registered. Within it, you’ll find system requirements for joining the session via telephone or computer, as well as the link to click on the day and time of the webinar.

Please Note: The Webinar system is usually running approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. Feel free to join a few minutes early to prevent missing the start of the webinar

1. Aim to Please (4-part series the week of April 13th): Customer Relations program designed to assist managers, technicians, and call-takers - to give direction for keeping the customer (Your Customer) while addressing the service call from start to finish.

2. Basic Refrigeration (2-part series the week of April 27th): Basic Refrigeration is directed to the technician as we look at the fundamentals of a refrigerator, its components, and its testing and diagnostics.

3. Change in Organizations (2-part series the week of May 4th) The challenge of behavioral change in an organization is essential for its survival - it will become your advantage over your competition. This series will address the steps in changing your company to be competitive in our changing world.
