If you know MSA, you know the backbone of the organization is the comprehensive training we bring to servicers throughout North America. We’re in our 17th year, and there are no signs of letting up. In fact, MSA training tours are growing all the time with record attendance and more training dates added every year.
Right now, master trainer Rick Kuemin is out in the field teaching hundreds of appliance repair techs for the 2015 MSA Spring Training tour. Not only are attendees getting a full day of hands-on training in Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and Samsung appliances—they’re also enjoying tool specials, networking opportunities with other local techs, free meals, and the opportunity to discuss customer service and business skills.
