“Are you called out to fix a dishwasher when the mechanics are working properly? This class will give you the tools to troubleshoot and fix consumer issues related to water, detergent, and additive (like rinse aid) issues. There are some exciting new things we will be sharing in 2014. The first is the website that the technicians have been asking for which provides online troubleshooting and consumer friendly videos to help explain the problems and solutions (and it is also where technicians can order their free samples). The second is a NEW product line from Finish that is launching the beginning of the year. It is definitely something you will want to be in the know about!

About the website: For years the technicians have been asking for a website that which would provide one location for the technicians and consumers alike. The new website provides online troubleshooting and consumer friendly videos to help explain the common problems and solutions in Automatic Dishwashing. This is also the location where technicians can order their samples for use in their repair calls. Since this new site is consumer friendly we are happy to let businesses link to this site and its content to help their consumers with their troubleshooting needs.”
