MSA Fall Training Wraps Up in the Midwest and Heads South

Another season and another successful tour leg under MSA trainer Rick Keumin’s belt. In just 17 days last month, Rick trained hundreds of appliance techs across the Midwest, making 10 stops, hosting 12 trainings, and attending four Taste of Marcone open house events.

But the fun and education aren’t over yet. The MSA Fall Training tour hits Florida, Texas, and California over the next six weeks. Attending servicers will learn all the ins and outs of some of the newest and hottest appliances: Whirlpool’s Cabrio HE Top Load Washer and Dual Evaporator Refrigerator, and the Electrolux Wave Touch Front Load Washer. More Taste of Marcone days are scheduled in select cities too. And fortunately for Rick, he’ll have much warmer weather to enjoy over the next couple months—not a bad deal!

Check out the photos from some of the Midwest classes below, and make sure to register your team now for the upcoming hands-on technical trainings. (Not in one of the states mentioned above? Don’t worry, we’ll be back in the spring with fresh training material and a long list of cities Rick will be visiting.)
