“Taste of Marcone” events spotlight stores, resources, and fun for all
Open house season is underway at Marcone Supply, and customers have been streaming in to take advantage of the sales and training classes—and, of course, the fun, food, socializing, and giveaways that come with any Marcone event. In conjunction with the popular Marcone Servicers Association (MSA) training tour stops throughout North America, the company’s Southeast and Midwest branches are hosting open house days to showcase all Marcone has to offer for professionals in the appliance repair, HVAC, and property maintenance sectors.
Between hands-on training sessions with MSA master technician Rick Kuemin, attendees to the open houses enjoy meals, door prizes, and special savings on their orders. Customers get the chance to explore add-on products like the new, portable mobile device-charging Juicebars, and accessory lines from Bryson and Affresh. And major manufacturers Whirlpool, GE, Electrolux, and Samsung set up shop at most locations, representing their lines and giving discounts on premiere parts.
Many of the Southeast corridor stores also feature the MSA Knowledge Center. This work station is designed to help servicers find quick answers to common industry questions and to learn more about Marcone’s programs and websites. At the open houses, MSA trainer Bill Jurney takes techs through the Knowledge Corner, explaining all the resources available to them within their local parts store. Visitors to the Knowledge Corners will find product repair manuals, tutorials on business operations software like myMarcone and SwiftLink, and access for MSA members to an online library of training and troubleshooting materials at MSAWorld.com.
Reception at the most recent round of “Taste of Marcone” events was an outstanding success, drawing the largest crowds to date into the Tampa store and giving the Orlando and Sacramento branches a steady flow customers throughout the day. This season of open houses is already set to surpass expectations again, and it guarantees the signature above-and-beyond Marcone customer experience.
If you’re in the Midwest or Southeast, find your nearest open house on the posted schedule. And if you’re in another part of the country, stay tuned—your own “Taste of Marcone” is on its way soon!
